See Wikipedia is not a how-to manual. Reads like part of a textbook or course on project management, not a neutral assessment of the views of reliable sources. Robert McClenon (talk) 15:09, 4 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete -- I am an expert in this field. This article adds nothing to Change control. If anyone believes there are any good sentences or references in this article, copy them now to Change control (which also needs some help). Change this article to a Redirect and put it behind us. • Delete. In theory, there might be a valid article about this topic but this isn't it, for the WP:NOTHOWTO reasons cited above. It's also hard to see how this differs significantly from Change control, but even a redirect to there seems pointless because I don't see anybody ever typing this into a search box. On the other hand, redirects are WP:CHEAP, so I don't have any real objection to redirecting if somebody feels it would be useful. -- RoySmith (talk) 01:05, 19 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
